toe tapping?

cool! thanks, i figured it was something simple. i'll have to remember that, my legs have a habit of wandering off on their own. my jm has told me i look like wile e. coyote on exit, running in midair!

I never heard of toe taps, for my AFF I was told to adjust spins like this, imagine your at a swimming pool, hold onto the bar that runs along the out-side, hold that position, if right knee drops your body turns to the right, drop the left knee & it go's left, this may sound stupid but stick armbands on your ankles & hold the bar, the perfect box position.

Toe taps are great to let you start to learn what your legs are doing in freefall. In our Student progression we have the students do toe taps on every level just after the COA and it really cuts down on the movment of the student.
Cause I don't wanna come back down from this cloud... ~ Bush
