billvon 3,090 #2 March 17, 2002 Yes. It is not uncommon in CRW. Two solutions:1. Make sure the reserve is sized and packed so the poptop is well recessed.2. Kirils 1 #3 March 18, 2002 Yes it happens. I just had my Reflex modified by Bomber Mfg.They installed a "flapette" at the top of the container that prevents lines from snagging.
