That is a picture of me landing my first canopy. A 7-TU. I made over 100 jumps on it. And yes it did land a bit brisk. AirCav 0 #16 June 11, 2008 The 7 comes from the number of cells cut between the main drive panels. The panels on the outside of the drive panels are turn windows. Neither the drive panels nor the turn windows are counted. The Total number of panels cut on a 7TU are 11. Seven center, two drive and two turn windows. But know that you correct me, maybe I did know that a long time ago.I never owned a rag. But my first 8 jumps were on one and I put out hundreds of students on them.
