why would you laugh? Are you thinking it's not possible? Or is it the act of someone doing a model? Jerry already did it. He has a mental model that says those actions will cause Cooper stuff to be found before Himmelsbach dies. Are you laughing at Jerry?

I told Sluggo once I had a new theory. Sluggo got
all intense and serious. I told him I might have evidence the bomb detonated after Cooper bailed -
all behind the plane ... which explained the "bump".
Sluggo replied: "I wish I had thought of that!"

Exactly what I thought Jo until that pesky Snowmman dug up facts that showed that commutations/pardons were being handed out in massive quantities at the time. You have to let go of conspiracy theories when indisputable contrary facts are presented. The ET UFO crowd and alien crop circle believers have a really hard time letting go, but I don't. Sometimes the fantastic becomes mundane when you dig deep enough. It isn't fun, it can be a huge emotional letdown, but you have to let go. Otherwise, you can be accurately classified as obsessed.

I always like a variety for context.
These are mostly from the Thailand area, I believe. But Kontum is Vietnam.
Funny one with a jumper with two canopies out. Oops!
Some are just random guys, since I've always said we don't look at enough pics of guys from back then, so any pic we see now, feels "like Cooper" just cause we don't see enough other ones.
Lots of skinny ties in the ODA16 shot...

You can see the spike in searches from when Carr first announced the FBI was looking at the case again, and when the parachute was found.
But searches have declined since then.
The data might not be in yet for the "Nat Geo effect"..but I'm guessing there will be no spike.
(edit) One could debate if a better Nat Geo documentary, with more real science, and more presentation of possibilities and real facts, might have stimulated searches..

He must have trained or been stationed in Thailand for a while, then joined a Mike Force in Kontum. Those Mike Forces look like they were loaded for bear. Impressive weapons (did you see the SAW or whatever that was with the bipod)

Those MF weapons are scary, but so are yours and yours leave no trace. How is the EMP prototype coming along? Using 256 of those two farad car stereo capacitors was a great idea.
That terrain in the "two out" shot looks like a very rugged LZ, but you can't see the ground below which could be flat and surrounded by those awesome cliffs.
Even if we dont solve the Cooper case I am learning a lot of new info about the Nam war here which is highly interesting.
I still wonder what the FBI has that allows them to instantly disregard candidates like Sheridan Peterson?
Any guesses? Or do they just shoot from the hip based on preconceived unproven theories about who Cooper was?
