South West Ontario Organization of Parachutists, based in Grand Bend, Ontario for many years.
T.K. Hayes was President for a few years ... I just not sure which years????

I thought SWOOP Started in the seventies.
At least when Bob Wright started up his drop Zone over by Grand bend it was in the mid seventies, I tjink 76, and The SWOOP name I though originated there.

I remember a South West Organization Of Parachutists in Texas in the 80's. Kevin Gibson was a part of it. Was he the president?
