councilman24 37 #3 May 26, 2007 It is for me. I've been arching too long. I've had some of the younger guys launch with me head down and the sit stuff isn't too hard but head down on my own still doesn't work well.Be vary aware of "corking" while your trying it. I had a friend killed by a collision during the changing fall rates at break off. The same thing can happen if your not steady in your head down or sit posiiton. Damn, I miss the wing wars. jonstark 8 #7 May 26, 2007 It used to be called a "no lift dive" and was used almost exclusively as a means of swooping the shit out of a star. Dive hard, flare when you get scared and don't hit it hard enough to take it out! It was surprising just how far away a base could be when you were 40th out of a DC-3. You had to go really really fast to get there in time. Still racin' in the back, jon
