For the price of a lift ticket and a suggested 15% gratuity, a pinch-hitting jumper will take the place of the customer and perform as required. Tom Sandwich, DZO, says business exceeded his expectations on the first day the service was introduced. "What the heck," said Tom, "they don't pack, spot or pull their own reserves anymore, why break a sweat actually skydiving?
