bjt1977 0 #1 August 18, 2011 New to the site... :-) I have my first jump (tandem) - scheduled for Friday, 09/02 at Chicagoland Skydiving Center. I know that skydiving is a dangerous sport, and I accept that. However, does anyone have any experience with this particular place? Thoughts regarding safety? Professionalism? Thanks in advance! Skydivesg 7 #3 August 20, 2011 I know the owner of the DZ and he runs a very tight ship. I don't get to jump there much because of the distance but I have been there a number of times. He and his staff are very professional and extremely safety conscious. You can go there with confidence. And enjoy your first jump.Be the canopy pilot you want that other guy to be. bjt1977 0 #5 August 23, 2011 Thanks so much for all of the feedback! I have an amazing 6 year old daughter, and sometimes question the "responsibility" of my decision to jump. Thus, all positive feedback I get regarding the safety and professionalism of the DZ I chose helps to put me ease! Thanks again for the responses!
