Anyone going to Burning Sky?

Looks like an interesting event; one of those boogies where the skydiving is almost secondary to the event itself. I believe they are getting Ray's PAC this year.

As far as I know they have been using the pac for a few years. I have yet to go, but it sure looks like fun. The jumpers I have talked to that have gone have said great things about it.

My first jump there last year, I landed on the desert playa (to applause), a mostly naked girl jumped in my lap, gave me a big wet kiss, and said 'Welcome Home'. It is an amazing experience, well worth the very expensive jump tickets and the sand that gets everywhere in your rig, gear and body. Don't just show up at Burning Man with your rig hoping to jump. Won't happen. You buy your jumps before you get there. See the Burning Sky website to make it happen. And yes, the skydiving is secondary to the event itself.
