The plane at SMB (Monterey) only goes up if they have tandems . If they have a lot of tandems in a given day (usually on the weekend) then you can get a few jumps in, but there won't be many other jumpers to jump with. Hollister goes all weekend (usually mid day on Friday). They have a PAC and lots of fun jumpers. I live 10 minutes from SMB and usually go to Hollister (45 minutes).
