Saturday evening- after jumping, Eric Butts will host a canopy control
seminar. This is geared for ANYONE who wants to learn more about flying your
canopy. Eric is a test pilot for Atair and has been noted as one of the top
10 canopy pilots in North America. Alhough he flies high performance wings,
he would love to teach you more about the basics of canopy control and flight
concepts.
Please show up Saturday evening by 6pm (most likely it wont start until 7ish-
but to be on the safe side). This seminar is FREE OF CHARGE - so take
advantage

I strongly recommend that jumpers in the area take the opportunity to go to talks like this. (John Leblanc also gives great seminars.) More and more people are dying under perfectly good parachutes; the more you know, the less likely you are to be in that group.
