Where to find stats on aad fires and fails

I need to know where to get stats on the failure / save rates of the various AAD's. Anyone can point me?

To be blunt.... there is no source for this info.

Cypres cutters can be changed in about 30 seconds and don't require any testing after a fire, so its really easy to hide the fact of a fire if you want to. FXC 12000's can be manually reset in about 15 seconds and have to be fired to repack them any ways. Sentinels have to be chamber tested every repack. Astra's are recommended to be chamber tested at repack but don't have to be.

There is no formal structure in place to report AAD saves or even AAD failures. Airtec has a list on thier site of all confirmed cypres saves since the mid 90's but they fail to mention the times when the cypres failed to fire when it should have.
