markbaur 0 #5 December 23, 2002 That depends on what you mean by "change." On January 1st, USPA will accept only the 2-page and 4-page A-license proficiency cards. The old license form (the one we'll still use for B, C, D licenses) will not be accepted. Are there operations still using the old form?
