Update on Napolean DZ...?

Does anybody know what the news is about the Napolean DZ in Michigan? Last I knew they were operating out of Franenmuth, but the word on that seems to be that there's been some static about the airport wanting to allow that to continue or not...

I would like to have an update from somebody who really would know what's really going on.
