Anyway to clarify: The Lang load(s) (haven't heard from Cosmo) are purely lottery. There always ends up being a last minute fill-in, because people back out, don't hear their names, left already, or are just are normal dumb-fuck skydivers, not paying attention even though they cried about being there for 30 years and never got the chance. . So anyone could end up on the load.
