an hour or 90 minutes South of Ottawa, overlooking the Saint Lawrence River and Thousand Islands.

Also, there used to be a DZ at Gatineau Airport, just across the Ottawa River (east of Hull, Quebec), but the old owner moved to Alexandria, Ontario (South east of Ottawa) and it is rumored that one of his old partners tried to re-start the DZ in Gatineau.

I know a couple ot Ottawa and Gatineau residents who make the drive to Nouvel Air.

I'm an Ottawa resident. I like Skydive Gananoque (1.5 hours) and NouvelAir (2.5 hours) the best because they are the ones with the Twin Otter. (Gananoque part time, and NouvelAir full time). NouvelAir is farther away though.

Mile High - 45 minutes from Ottawa
Paramax - 60 minutes from Ottawa
Gananoque - 1.5 hours from Ottawa
NouvelAir (Quebec) - 2.5 hours from Ottawa

All 4 dropzones are lots of fun though, the best dropzone may be what kind of vibe you prefer too. Go try them all!
