popsjumper 2 #2 March 31, 2006 Are we going to have to dodge the bodies washed up on the shore from New York mafia hits? Oh wait...that's NEW Jersey, U.S.A. Sorry. My reality and yours are quite different. I think we're all Bozos on this bus. Falcon5232, SCS8170, SCSA353, POPS9398, DS239
Bolas 5 #3 March 31, 2006 Dude, you have never jumped at Wildwood, NJ. The beaches are HUGE!!! and the sand is so soft, almost ashy. Hmm, international beach jumps? (Thinking hard) Stupidity if left untreated is self-correcting If ya can't be good, look good, if that fails, make 'em laugh.

Mike111 0 #7 April 5, 2006 im gna try and get there for a good duration of it!! Ill let you know for sure nearer the time James. Whats on offer for newly qualifed A licence? Cheers, Mike
jjiimmyyt 0 #8 April 5, 2006 Hi Mike Sorry but your going to need a B license to attend the boogie. Normally with an A license you can jump in Jersey at a very low tide but with the increased amount of canopies per load and comparitvely restricted landing area it has been decided that a B or above is needed. Any chance you can bang a few jumps in before the boogie? James "This isn't an iron lung, people. Mike111 0 #9 April 5, 2006 Erm... well only just Ch1 and A licence, but can knock off CH2 and JM1 before then. Shit i need to do 27 jumps... bu have 2 visits planned in the next week to the DZ, and we have Nomad so might be possible to get like 14 done in the next 2 weeks. Then 3 or 4 more ... it will be tight but ill give it the best shot I can to be there!!!

caz 0 #12 April 19, 2006 do you know if you have to be a member of the BPA to jump at Jersey now? I'm not currently (still haven't decided whether to rejoin or not) but it looks pretty cool down there. ~~~ London Skydivers ~~~
TrickyDicky 0 #13 April 19, 2006 Jersey is now a BPA dropzone, and you jump at any BPA dropzone you have to be a member of the BPA. That'll be £110. :( UK Skydiver for all your UK skydiving needs.
