ntrprnr 0 #1 March 20, 2006 Hey guys... Supposed to fly into VPS to speak at a conference on the 11th of April. Flying in on the 10th, get in at like, 10am... Have the day to myself. Checked out the Dropzones section, but it appears that every dropzone in Florida is a minimum of 300 miles away from VPS/Emerald Coast. Anyone know a DZ that's closer? dmetz 0 #5 March 20, 2006 Hit up Emerald Coast. I was at Eglin for a week last summer and had a free day and went out there. It was a little more than an hour away, but well worth it; I had a great time and the people were great to me as a low-time stranger. There's a few folks on here that jump there, I'm sure they'll chime in soon. I met some of them while there, I'm sure you'll be welcomed with open arms. Have fun!
