micro 0 #3 March 4, 2006 if you're in the nashville area, there isn't much... there will soon (hopefully) be tennessee skydiving center (again) every now and then, under mike mullins, who will come over from west tennessee w/ one of his planes. but i don't know how often that will be. it's in tullahoma, an hour southeast of nashville. i think there is a small dz near knoxville too, but i've never been there. there's also one about 1.5 hours south of nashville near cullman alabama that is good. the farm near atlanta is about 3-3.5 hrs. from nashville. west tn dz is about 2.5 hrs from nashville. I miss Lee. And JP. And Chris. And...
Mudge 0 #4 March 4, 2006 thanks guys. I am just south of Nashville in Murfreesboro. I have been out to Tullahoma but it's only open a few select days. West Tenn. skydiving sounds like the best choice. Although if it's 2.5 hours from Nash. and i'm 45 min. south of that.....ATL sounds just as good. I just got a new rig and it's killing me to have it sit around. thanks for the help. blue skies!
Mudge 0 #5 March 4, 2006 Does anyone know a rigger I can take my equipment to in Tennessee? I need a repack and a basic look-over.

Great people and a full service rigging loft! I made the drive (6 hrs) from Pensacola Fl. last weekend and it's worth the drive! "You made my panties wet!" chaoskitty 0 #8 March 6, 2006 I'll second Micro's recommendation, as I've used the same rigger for several years. I've had 2 rides on his reserve pack jobs. I used to live in Brentwood, and until Tullahoma reopens, either come to The Farm, or go out to Skydive Alabama. WTS is closer to a four hour drive from where you live. You can get to the farm in about 3 hours, and Cullman in 2-ish hours. PM me if you ever come out to the farm and I'll give you the shortcut from that direction. chaoskitty 0 #15 March 8, 2006 Hey if you're looking to jump this weekend, I think Skydive Alabama is doing safety day on Friday night and you get discounted jumps for $16 all weekend if you attend safety day. Potluck dinner Friday. That would be a good time to go get to know Curley and that crew. A lot of them live in TN. www.skydiveal.com
