NoRules 0 #1 February 16, 2006 What's a good dz down south (or west) that is easy to get to from the airport? Preferably public transportation... I'm looking for a good weekend trip. ~ * Life Has No Rules * ~

Fly private, you can land right on the DZ airport, and taxi up to the DZ hanger. If Illinois is the "mid west" and Kansas is both South and West from there we qualify on both counts! Martin Air Capital Drop Zone Wichita Kansas (isn't the first thing that comes to mind an old west cow town when you hear Wichita Kansas?)Experience is what you get when you thought you were going to get something else. AggieDave 6 #4 February 16, 2006 Hopefully not this weekend in TX, the weather is supposed to be bad (and its my weekend off). Aggieland has Easterwood Field about 15 minutes (by car) from our DZ. Its a regional airport with puddle jumpers.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
