Thanatos340 1 #1 February 16, 2005 I just found out I have to go Houston next week for work and have the option of staying through the weekend.I am trying to decide if it would be worth the extra hassle of bringing my rig. Anything special going on at any of the Houston Area DZ`s on the 24th - 27th? Any DZ`s around there have a Bunk House or real close by Affordable Hotel? wmw999 2,588 #2 February 16, 2005 Dunno about anything big happening. Spaceland has a bunkhouse of sorts, and Skydive Houston is close enough to town that motels shouldn't be hard to find. You should be able to contact either one about those things, also. Hopefully someone with more immediate knowledge will pipe up -- I'm afraid I'm not jumping that weekend because of a prior commitment. But I know there will more than likely be lots of teams training out at Spaceland. You can call and ask Jon in manifest for more info. at (281)369-3337.
