fergs 0 #2 February 1, 2005 Some years ago I was passing through Turkey on vacation. I hooked up with a club near Ankara and made some nice skydives. Was a bit of a hassle to organise, as I had to do lots of paperwork in Ankara first. Hope things are less beurocratic these days. Starting from last year (2004 May) Turkish Aeronautical Association(THK) opened the doors of its Ephesus Education Center to Skydivers. It is 1 km away from antique city of Ephesus where you can watch while landing and just 5 km away from the sea. Price of a jump at 11.000 ft from a Turbo Caravan is 22$. Excelent place where I got my A license after a SL course costing app 700$ (32 jumps).
