A little cool, but the weather was great! What do skydivers do when the weather is great and we have no plane? We all hung out at the dz and one of the guys made jambalaya. We were all rearin' to go on Friday morning - only to discover the plane's left indicators were 'slow'...so we had to wait until they got those fixed. Then, by that point...it was so fuckin' cold that it didn't matter if the plane could fly....it would probably turn to ice at 3k! A large group of us ended up hanging out at Rocky & Sarah's house...only to get iced in - so we crashed there and waited until the weather warmed up enough to allow us to drive home. That happened about 4pm Sat afternoon!! Sat evening and Sunday were pretty slow...the clouds were lifted on Sunday, but that only allowed enough heat in the atmosphere to start melting the snow on the ground. Given that there was still some on the ground this morning - it didn't do so well. We're looking forward to a 'relatively' dry week - so we can jump this coming weekend without any more ISSUES!!
