chaoskitty 0 #1 October 7, 2004 Hey all... there is a Balloon Fest at the Tullahoma Regional Airport, home of Tennessee Skydiving Center, this weekend! We will be jumping the Caravan all weekend.. and possibly some balloons. Not sure of the protocol on how to get on a balloon, but I do know for sure that if you're not there, you wont get to jump one. So to sum up.. Tullahoma, this weekend (oct 9-10), hot air balloons, caravan, and of course, party saturday night. Got questions? Call the dz.. or PM me or GroundZero. Party on... editferspellin

GroundZero 0 #3 October 7, 2004 Of course, sitting on our side of the field costs nothing.... and if we accidently land in the festival all day... well maybe we just kinda "hopped the fence". They're expecting upto 10,000 people so it will be easier to access the DZ by coming in the Duetsch factory entrance off Cedar lane... (The road out toward Kroger shopping center.) Hmmmm.. perhaps we should "adjust the spot" a bit.. Restless Heart is going to be there?? They were an excellent band back in the 90's and they've just regrouped. Love it! Sounds like big fun this weekend!
chaoskitty 0 #5 October 8, 2004 I made some jello shots since our primary jello shot maker flaked out and will have to make it up to us, and some brownies too. Sorry no special ingredients in the brownies.. Now do the good weather dance, I hate camping out in the soggy.
GroundZero 0 #6 October 9, 2004 Brownies?!?!?! You're the one! Balloons launch at sunrise... I'll be out early to scout our jumpships...hehehehe And it is freakin beautiful to see too. I'll take the camera and report back with pics too. Chris or just be there, my camera sucks!
sundevil777 102 #7 October 9, 2004 I went to the All Ohio Balloon Festival last year, just a mile from my house. I was so excited. NONE of them were willing to even consider taking me up. Money was not the issue. Insurance, FAA paperwork, sponsors, yada yada. Unless you have it worked out with specific balloon pilots, don't expect anything. Good luck.People are sick and tired of being told that ordinary and decent people are fed up in this country with being sick and tired. I’m certainly not, and I’m sick and tired of being told that I am
