drenaline 0 #1 April 11, 2003 What has been the slowest fall rate you have made while tracking? I got 87 mph (128ft/sec) (with a head mounted protrack), just want to now if am slower, faster or normal to average. I think I can improve my tracking and make it even slower. Hooknswoop 19 #6 April 11, 2003 QuoteQuestion, do you lose vertical speed in a track? If you are doing it right, you do. It is refered to as 'flat tracking'. Create as much lift as possible to slow your fall-rate. Tracking is all about angle, not speed. Hook
dreamsville 0 #7 April 11, 2003 Be slightly de-arched for tracking. Pointed toes and booties help, with arms slightly below sides. This will allow you feel a slight burble under your midsection, accompanied by a feeling of increased horizontal speed. Thinner people may find this easier to achieve. However, NO ONE HERE is advocating flat-tracking in the tunnel.| I don't drink during the day, so I don't know what it is about this airline. I keep falling out the door of the plane.
