PurpleBadger 0 #2 June 15, 2003 If you contact Manifest at Perris then they will be able to give you the details to arrange one. When I was out there then they cost $65 and i think that it was 4 people that you needed. think also that there was a 200 jump minimum on it. Altitude... whatever you get, the pilot will take you as high as he can. Be warned, when I wanted to do one i got up at 0530 and the group of us walked down the road, helped to get the balloon out, had 8 of us holding it down since the pilot wanted to wait to see if the winds would die down (if we had taken of then he would have most likly landed in March AFB ), then told that he wouldn't be able to take us up ...
