New Home Dropzone

So in about three weeks I will be moving to Boston, and will be a freshly-licensed jumper. I've figured that my new home dz will either be Pepperell or Jumptown.

So, which will it be? Better still, who will be there to show me around these dropzones and introduce me to the other divers?

Which one is closer to where you'll live? What sort of airplanes do these use? Finally (I'm sure you Flieg can't answer this) but which one has the better mojo?

I've been to Pepperell for the New England boogie and I'm going again this year.

I thought that DZ was awesome!!! Everyone there was great!

However, I've never been to Jumptown so my view is one-sided.

As does Muenkel. Both talk about how homey and relaxed the place is...

Why don't you try both, and see what you like best? It's a matter of personal needs and tastes. I needed a more laid back atmosphere, so switched over to Elsinore; I still go play at Perris, though, but for me, Elsinore fit me better. But it's not like that for everyone...so why not try them both? See which suits your needs and make your choice from there?

Well my home town is Gloucester Mass. If I ever move back there I'd be looking up Pepperell as its very close :-)

But then it would be idiotic if you used that info to make a decision!
