Quote I fully agree with you, and to an extent we're being held hostage as if ya want it ya gotta pay whatever they ask! It's getting next to impossible to find this type (1 million dollars Demo) of coverage at any price. Do I 'expect' the general membership to pick up the increase? No...of course not, but I would be more than open to any suggestion from the general membership as to possible avenues to pursue in effort to keep this coverage. My point to the BOD, and for that matter everyone else is, properly run demos are good for the USPA, they generate interest in our sport...interest that at times turns into revenue...for the entire industry. And for everyone's edification... there are FAR more insurance claims made by regular old everyday jumpers than by Demo jumpers...
