Slowfaller 0 #1 September 19, 2003 Also posted in Photography and Video, I just purchased a Canon Elura 50 to use for vacation/party purposes but when I do build my jump numbers a lot more I'd be interested in jumping it. I've searched this [photo & video] forum and didn't find much information other than the image stablization isn't as good as Sonys. In one post it's mentioned that Clay jumps an Elura but then I read he jumps a panasonic. The Elura does have a LANC port so it supports CAM EYE and the little thing seems to be tough, solid construction. Does anyone jump it? Opinions, thoughts? Thanks Chris **Edit to add picture** --"Someday you will die and somehow somethings going to steal your carbon" -MM
nitrodan 0 #2 September 19, 2003 I jump one its a good camera but its not main stream yet. I have met 4 or 5 other jumpers that use them. I've had nothing but good service out of mine but the owners manual is the size of a sears catalog.DAN SMITH www.skydivewichita.com
