StevePhelps 0 #1 October 13, 2003 I am a minister (and skydiver). My DZO wants me to perform a wedding (with a tandem and another skydiver). I can do that no problem, but WHAT do I do? They can't exchange rings or SAY vows. Anybody see or perform a skydiving wedding? If so, what did the minister actually do?
skybytch 273 #2 October 13, 2003 I was a "bridesmaid" for a freefall wedding once. The majority of the ceremony was done in the plane on the climb to altitude. Once they were in freefall the minister looked at Al and yelled "Do you?" Al nodded. He then looked at Debbie and yelled "Do you?" Debbie nodded. He then pointed at both of them and they shared a kiss pass. They exchanged rings in the landing area. It was way cool.

Mad John married Jana and Harry at LP this year; they exited, built a 3-way, Mad John pointed at both of them in turn, they both nodded, and he made a "now come together" sign. They kissed and then Jana deployed out of the center. The rest of us built an 18 way around them. He "finished" the ceremony on the ground and filled out the paperwork etc.
