ssmi 0 #1 October 20, 2003 On behalf of Deb and myself, the staff and management, and all of the jumpers at Skydive San Marcos want to thank Skydive Dallas for sending us there Caravan for the weekend. We certainly tip our hats (and beers on the last load) for coming through and helping us with our needs. As most of you already know, we lost our King Air on Friday afternoon, and by sunset that same day we had a call from Skydive Dallas to say there Caravan would be there by 8:30 Saturday morning. Well, Saturday morning, the Caravan arrived, we all met Eddie the pilot, and the games began. We do want to aploligize that Eddie did not get any breaks that day, we kept him feed, plenty of water, and well, bathroom breaks??? Sorry dude. Anyway, at the end of the weekend, 29 loads!!! Skydive Dallas, you guys ROCK, you have an awesome aircraft ( our jumpers are still talking about it ) and Eddie, what can we say? WE LOVE YOU MAN!!!!!! Kuddos, Kuddos, Kuddos!!!!! schattenjaeger 0 #3 October 20, 2003 wait, hang on, did we already loan it, or we ARE loaning it...well, common sense dictates we already did since you used it. Well, you're welcome! Hehe, I didn't even notice it was gone this weekend

JYorkster 0 #5 October 20, 2003 I just have to say it is great to see come cooperation between DZs. There is so much animosity between some DZs that it brings a bad vibe to the sport. Kudos to SD Dallas for remembering were are all in the same family! Rock
DShiznit 0 #6 October 20, 2003 Yeah, SD Dallas is VERY rockin'. Some of the best people I have ever met. I made my first solo jump from that plane!

HRHSkyPrincess 0 #8 October 20, 2003 Ditto from the little Princess here...Skydive Dallas sent a plane (comfy 'cause I got the right seat every time) and pilot (swell guy named Eddy who flew like the hawk) and saved our weekend!! You all just banked a huge amount of good karma. Thank you. p.s. We are all so grateful our own pilot, Heath, is alive and well! He did an outstanding job of putting the King Air out to pasture--literally. :)***************** Attitude is everything!
schattenjaeger 0 #9 October 20, 2003 If there was a little wet spot somewhere in the back corner behind the copilot's seat, that was probably from my first jump
