SkydivingNurse 0 #1 February 1, 2004 Really nice video, I liked the accuracy trick, and I especially like the part where it talked about getting comfortable with the low speed characteristics of a canopy before trying to get more aggresive (for lack of a better word). If this infernal PA weather ever turns nice again, I've got a few things to ask my JM will let me try a few things, flying in half-brakes, trying a rear riser turn, that sort of thing. I've watched a bunch of peoples videos, but this is the first time I've actually watched something educational. I'm glad I bought this one. Edit to add: Now that I have this one, any suggestions for my next one? I'm thinking pack like a pro, but any suggestions for a still wet behind the ears AFF student would be appreciated
flygirl03 0 #2 February 2, 2004 I'm making a collection. I have Fly like a Pro and Pack like a Pro Have watched "Fly" but not "packed" (I'm not to that stage of my AFF either) I have Breakaway.. I found that one really interesing. Gave me a better idea of what a MAL looks like and how the cut away is performed. I also have Skydive 150 Basic Canopy Flight I haven't had a chance to watch it. And SkyU's Basic Body Flight Theory. I watched part of that one. A friend gave me Kinesthesia. That's pretty good... And for pure enjoyment I have Dive In! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ earthbound misfit
