gus 1 #1 February 12, 2004 I just heard that Langar's jump tickets are going up, I think to £19 for a single ticket or £180.50 for 10 (they were £18/£171). I'm interested to know how other dzs compare as I don't travel around much. Sibson? Hinton? Hibs? Nethers? Headcorn? What are they charging? SkydiveMonkey 0 #2 February 12, 2004 Nethers is £16 (or 8 for first lift of the day). Dunkeswell is £20 to 10k in a 206 (after the 10 or so tandems are done)____________________ Say no to subliminal messages
Pendragon 1 #3 February 12, 2004 Headcorn is £20 for "A" licence holders; £18 for "B" and above (concession as you can be the jumpmaster). If you buy 10, it's £19 and £17 each respectively. I suppose this is the South East though... Works out at £10 for a low alitude lob, if the cloudbase is low and you're desperate... The DZ bar is fairly cheap though! -- BASE #1182 Muff #3573 PFI #52; UK WSI #
Nick 0 #4 February 13, 2004 At Weston I think it's going to be the same as last year £17 to 12K (or £10 for military personnel and dependants). Nick Gravity- It's not just a good idea, it's the LAW!
Newbie 0 #5 February 13, 2004 Sibson does 50 tickets at the start of the season for £750 - a large initial outlay, but then it works out to £15/jump which is decent. Get that plastic out and come and jump up with us Gus! "Skydiving is a door" Happythoughts

TrickyDicky 0 #7 February 13, 2004 Peterlee its actually going down from £19 to £18 to the top (10k in 182 or 13k in turbine) and from £12 to £11 to 5k in 182. But, if you were a member of the centre discount scheme (now discontinued) your prices are actually going up by £1. So annoying to regulars, more appealing to outsiders. gus 1 #9 February 13, 2004 As far as I know the Let's not coming back and the 206 is off to Tilstock. That's assuming that the new Caravan checks out ok and everything goes ahead. The Skyvan will be coming back for the boogies. GusOutpatientsOnline.com
