FrogNog 1 #28 April 16, 2004 QuoteI know a Casa that turned the Lady Luck (DC-3) up on its side waking him. Do the Casas and Skyvans have funky wakes? I heard their wakes had sharp edges. -=-=-=-=- Pull.

pilotdave 0 #30 April 16, 2004 In theory, skyvans trail well defined vortices from their fuselages. The corners of the rear fuselage is squared off for that reason. The vortices draw in the surrounding wake, giving the stubby fuselage more effective length (aerodynamically). Dave
