I'm not sure that I understand your poll but I'll answer your questions anyway.

what are you doing when you're not jumping

Working and trying to have a life.

how much are you jumping?

That depends on what is going on at the DZ. If I am training it works out to about 160 jumps a month and thats waaaaaaaay down from last year.

And how do you afford it

That's classified;)

As for the people that are not able to get free jumps...

They sit around doing all the misc work that needs done at the DZ like mowing the grass, washing the planes, cleaning, taking out the garbage, etc. You know all the same things that are needed to be done at home. They sit around during the week waiting on students to show up to provide them income, if none show then they usually don't get to do any jumping. Some DZ's give staff free jumps, but not many do so the choice is food or jumps. Some people keep regualar jobs and live at the DZ. Computer geeks seem to do this best since they can work from home and its all good.

Riggers at the DZ are busy all week getting the rigs ready to jump for the next weekend again.
Yesterday is history
And tomorrow is a mystery
