livendive 8 #126 April 28, 2004 QuoteQuote5) Some don't want to be perceived as a know-it-all or don't know shit. I think that this is the main answer with people not wanting to post jump numbers, but I don't think that people recognize themselves as either a "know-it-all" or a "don't know shit". The funny thing is that for most of us, it kind of works in reverse. The more knowledge and experience we get, the more we realize there is to learn/become good at. I was a hell of a lot smarter and an all-around better skydiver at 200 jumps than I am today! :-) Blues, Dave"I AM A PROFESSIONAL EXTREME ATHLETE!" Tonto 1 #130 April 29, 2004 I update every 100 jumps. Until I reach 4200, my profile will say 4100+. I have 4149 jumps logged, and have tried to log all the dives I've done. I suspect I may have forgotten a few over the last 19 years, but have written none in which I have not done. tIt's the year of the Pig.
