2wheeljunkie 0 #27 May 9, 2004 I avoided caffeine today and did my last S/L and my first solo freefall today. I think I felt more relaxed. I don't know if the lack of caffeine had anything to do with it. It was a good day. I think I'll continue this trend. By no means have I conquered fear, but I have knocked the crap out of it. mt_skydiver 0 #28 June 4, 2004 Caffeine really isn't bad for you, as long as you don't overdose on it, which is very hard to do by the way. If you continually drink caffeine, NOT drinking it for about a week after is almost more harmful to you for that week that drinking it, of course after that you're good to go! Although caffeine has proven to be an addictive drug, it has not been proven to decrease a person's physical health. Caffeine isn't necessarily bad for you, then again, it isn't something that every person should be addicted too either! :) You'll never find me Jew gold! rickjump1 0 #29 June 4, 2004 QuoteDude, it keeps my headaches at bay........ I drink a little diet coke when I feel a headache approaching. It usually works. Does anyone know what caffine does to vitamins? Does it neutralize them?Do your part for global warming: ban beans and hold all popcorn farts.
