tspillers 0 #1 June 15, 2004 I would like to say I really enjoyed the having Golden Knights at Skydive Aggieland. They were professional and friendly. Great job to our packers as the GK's couldn't stop talking about the great openings. Wade and Morgan packed the tandems and sport rigs. We did an Otter load speed star with the Gold Demo team. I enjoyed meeting former President Bush as well as Barbara. They had several family members jump at Skydive Aggieland as well as some other celebrities. I have been told I was seen on Fox News catching a tandem. I haven't seen anything. We have had early mornings and late nites starting last Thursday. Today I am going to rest. I am not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

tspillers 0 #3 June 15, 2004 Thanks... As I have told you before.... when you come down, if you want to do tandems, you can. If you don't want to, I won't try to make you. I am approaching tandem 1000. Queen B is wanting to go on that one and try to get an SCR. Not totally sure if that meets the rule, but everyone wants to pour on her anyway. flyangel2 2 #4 June 15, 2004 Todd, After having been to your wonderful DZ and getting to make a jump with you, I can understand why the Bush event happened at your DZ. Way to go guy. See ya in Sept. tspillers 0 #8 June 16, 2004 Yes he jumped at Skydive Aggieland. I am told I was on Fox News catching tandems. I would be the only one in a Skydive Aggieland shirt. It mostly aired prior to his big jump at the library. I was busy at the DZ then. Todd I am not totally useless, I can be used as a bad example.

Luminous 0 #16 June 16, 2004 Hey Todd, I'll add my praise. I had a great time on Thursday when we flew up from Waller with the otter. It was great to see some former students hard into the sport. (kinda embarrased I didn't remember names but oh well). It was a pleasure to personally meet George and Barbara Busch. It still amazes me how funny he is in person. And, in the usual knights fasion, the GK were great. I thought their "2000" foot hop&pop was great. By the time they were ready to leave we were at 7K so the spotter turned around, yelled "SPEED STAR" and climbed out. WOO-HOO. I owe beer for my first jump at aggieland. And I always pay my beer debts. Later Larry'In an insane society a sane person seems insane.' Mr. Spock
Kramer 0 #17 June 17, 2004 That's awesome man! I would imagine Bush's jump will be really good for the sport. (Not that this was his first one). The FAKE KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER!!!!!!!!!
tspillers 0 #18 June 17, 2004 I am just glad you finally got to jump with us. Let's see we had bad weather at a boogie, we had botched AFF plans more than once, I was started to think you were jinxed. I had a blast as well.
