wtf is going on in the Greg Gasson pic in this months Skydiving Mag?

Recommended Posts

there is a pic on the right hand page in the latest Mag, that has Greg Gasson midway through a deployment with his reserve PC seeminly coming out, and deploying around one of his rear risers if memory serves me right.

It's advertising for something, can't rememebr what. Anyway, for anyone who has seen it, wtf is going on?
PS will try and scan and post the pic later...

From memory, isn't it a mention in the Kit News section that PD now do sub-100 sq. ft. reserves? The picture looks like the reserve canopy just starting to inflate with a main pilot chute in tow up in the lines because the vertical descent rate is still high.

That's the one I'm thinking of but the reserve container looks closed - as far as I can remember.

August's "Skydiver"? Keep looking, but can't find him! I like the chick on page 16, but last I checked, Greg looks nothing like her!;)

PS: besides, Greg "Mr Vanity" is too busy designing mirors to be in magazines...:D
