spidermonky 0 #1 January 22, 2005 Ever wonder what it looks like to kick someone in the balls on exit with messed up camera settings? Things I learned on this jump: 1. Put the wide angle lens on BEFORE setting the focus. 2. That weird little icon means "Backlight." 3. When exiting headdown face to face with someone, don't fly daffy. jerry81 10 #2 January 22, 2005 Well, at least you had a camera. I got kneed in the balls on a hd exit with practically nothing to show for it...
VectorBoy 0 #3 January 23, 2005 My two hardest freefly impacts are both on video and in excellent focus..... I wish they didn't exist.

You know, that is one of the few things I can't ever remember wondering about. SparkyMy idea of a fair fight is clubbing baby seals

riggerrob 643 #8 January 24, 2005 A few years back, one of our second string outside videographers accidentally kicked a TI in the ribs. He spent a year on the 19th string before he was allowed to exit anywhere near a tandem. Fortunately, he spent the intervening year vastly improving his freefly skills. StevePhelps 0 #9 January 26, 2005 Been there, done that (filming an AFF student) but I wouldn't call it "Funny Jump"
tdog 0 #10 January 26, 2005 I have attached a image that you may print and tape to the outside of the tape/CD for that video. I think it explains it all. t.
