A couple years ago I was on a load at MHS in CO with a guy who had about 30 jumps. I got to talking to him and learned he was 7' tall and had an exit weight of 295#. He trained in FL on a converted tandem rig. I haven't seen him since.

Yup, he's the tallest I know or have ever met. He hated jumping from the Cessna when he was a student. :D:D:D

I'm 6'8" and I do tandems out of a 182 with no problem. I weigh 210+/-, it's my experience that the guys shaped like a beech ball have a harder time than the thin tall ones, we fold up better!

I am myself 6'10'' and I have to duck under every door in my house...actually just every door:S. . I have not jumped from a Cessna yet, but from the look of it I don't even know how big larry fit in there... boy, am I thankful for Twin Otters!:)

If I remember right, both of Monroe's C182s are the standard width fuselage. Makes the space between the pilot's seat and the door awfully narrow. I'd be damned surprised if they carried 4 jumpers if Larry was one of them! [Shocked]
