Not if you are not a group member dz.... Read the S&TA Handbook as well as the SIMS. A "sanctioned DZ" is one that follows the BSRs. Being a "group member" is not a BSR. USPA third-party liability is still effective at "sanctioned DZs." And "sanctioned DZs" will still have an S&TA (me). If ASC does indeed lose its group membership on Sept. 2, the DZ will continue to follow the BSRs (as it has in the past) and remain a "sanctioned DZ." Since Chutingstar ran the school, do they take inststructors with them to the new location leaving ASC crippled?
