Superman32 0 #1 November 22, 2005 I forgot to ask when speaking with PD. What do demo canopies come with? Is it just the canopy or risers, d-bag and pc? Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!

Superman32 0 #3 November 22, 2005 I'm actually upsizing canopies so its going to be a tight fit. Do the canopies tend to be pretty new or very used and easy to pack? Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!
AggieDave 6 #4 November 22, 2005 The d-bag and the PC are both components of the container system, not the canopy. Then again, so are the risers, but then folks would have to hook up the lines to their own risers and at the end of the day having an inch difference between your container's risers and the demo's risers isn't that big of a deal. Having a PC that's the wrong size for what your container manufacture recommends could be a very big deal.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." FrogNog 1 #7 November 22, 2005 I think the average demo recipient can be better-trusted to hook up a bag and PC (often a single french link) correctly than to hook up four riser ends and two toggles with 22 lines correctly. Way less possibility to snarl everything up. And a lot less time investment. -=-=-=-=- Pull.
Superman32 0 #8 November 22, 2005 I was jumping a 230, but bought a rig that has a essentially brand new Sabre2 190 in it. I rented a Specter 210 this weekend and didn't see much of a difference. All jumps were fine, all stand up landings, however, I don't think I will be going down to the 190 because it will give a WL of 1.26-1.28 :1 depending on the week Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches! As far as the demo canopies go, the ones I had from PD weren't too bad to pack at all. They looked pretty new but had enough jumps on them to not be slippery. Superman32 0 #10 November 22, 2005 Quote Are you planning on putting a 210 in it? Yes, the previous owner had a 210 but downsized to a 190 shortly before selling. I checked the d-bag, its tight but definitely not a brick. Inveniam Viam aut Faciam I'm back biatches!
