NWFlyer 2 #26 January 29, 2006 I stow my brakes and uncollapse my slider immediately after landing, before I even daisy chain my lines. Whether I cock my pilot chute usually depends on the packer. Someone I know and trust, I don't bother; an unknown quantity - I might. I do pin checks after I get it back, definitely, and check for color on the bridle at that time. bob.dino 1 #27 January 29, 2006 Standard packer etiquette, at least here in Oz: - lay rig out - set brakes - uncollapse slider - cock pilotchute. It saves the packer's time (handy when they've five rigs on a 20min call), and, not coincidentally, solves many problems that could result in a cutaway or serious injury.
