Jayruss 0 #51 January 9, 2007 QuoteIsn't there another ~9k for benefits on top of the compensation of 102? (I'm not bashing, just asking being a detail nerd.) I'm new, so I'm not very familiar with Mr.Needles, his responsibilities, or what he does on daily basis. I can only say that if he's doing a good job, kudos for him, he deserves more than that. But again, I don't feel privileged to comment I'm here to absorb Typically line 25 part II of the 990 includes total gross compensation to officers and directors including ALL costs associated with employment of such personal. This is how our office prepares such forms however, it could be beneficial for a non-profit to lower this number as a way to hide the true compensation of a director. Most CPA firms wouldn't allow that, thus I would assume this number is correct. __________________________________________________ "Beware how you take away hope from another human being." -Oliver Wendell Holmes

WatchYourStep 0 #53 January 10, 2007 Thank you to the person who PMd me the link to the Governance Manual at USPA website. I plan on reading it on my plane ride on Sunday. I'm sure I'll have some questions. For anyone interested in it you can find it here, then just click on Governance Manual "You start off your skydiving career with a bag full of luck and an empty bag of experience. The trick is to fill the bag of experience up before your bag of luck runs out."
