WatchYourStep 0 #1 June 11, 2007 What great customer service!! My HyPeye was having some issues where the blue light would be on, but then when I would start recording the light would stay blue. If I jiggled the LED a little it would then switch to the correct color. The opposite would happen when I would stop recording. I thought, oh well time to buy a new one. I call up Trunk and order one. I then tell him about the problem with my current HyPeye (it's about 8 months old). He then said send it back in and it'll be covered under warranty. He even did one better and said he'd mail me a new one today and that I could send in the old one when i received the new one. That way I'll have a working HyPeye by this weekend.
