Water training

I am having a hard time finding a water training class. I have been on several contact and sign-up lists for the better part of a year. I keep inquiring about them but none have a definite answer as to when.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a regular scheduled training class being held at dropzones in the central florida area. ie..zhills, titusvlle, etc.
