virgin-burner 1 #1 September 30, 2007 i have not only gotten a brandnew helmet last week, having ordered a custom jumpsuit yesterday.. i'll be making my license today, and therefore, will have unrestricted access to skydiving.. hopefully!!! did another checkjump yesterday which went really good. so i'll give it a go today! in the last two weeks i made quite some progress. not only did i manage to get my accuracy on landings to near perfect, standing them is still an issue but i'll get there, i've also got packing time down to less than ten minutes.. somehow i managed to have my shit together in freefall mostly. thanks to the patience of my instructors, my own determination to get where i'm now, getting over the times where i had real doubts if that sport really was for me.. its been a great journey so far, quite frustrating at times, but due to the nature of skydiving, i had to overcome myself and become a better me.. now, i havent stopped to become a better and safer skydiver yet, but i'm really looking forward in doing so.. wish me luck guys n'girls, its something like 6:00AM here, DZ is not open until 1:00PM, but still i cant sleep.. ***makes mental note to himself to bring enough money to pay for all that beer***“Some may never live, but the crazy never die.” -Hunter S.
