skyjumpenfool 2 #2 December 2, 2007 Well, I'm not an expert on any of this, but here's my two cents; First of all, Newby in skydiver lingo would be "woofo" Secondly, hooked to an experienced skydiver would be a tandom jump. Number 3... 300 lbs would be too heavy only if she is out of shape or in some way disabled by her weight. Tandom skydives do have a weight limit due to the maximum suspension wheight of the canopy. Check the "dropzones" link above to find a dropzone near you, and call them to see what restrictions they may have. Keep in mind, my advice and 5 nicles will buy you a quarter. Most any skydiver will tell you, "Skydiving is the most fun you can have with your cloths on"! Good luck and Blue Skies Birdshit & Fools Productions "Son, only two things fall from the sky." crotalus01 0 #3 December 2, 2007 The normal weight limit for a tandem is 220 - 245 pounds. I have never met an instructor willing to take a 300 lb passenger. YMMV. As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD...
