So I know I am only a customer and I come every other weekend to the DZ on the good weather days...
but, I really miss hanging out at the DZ even though it's winter and cold-as-heck.

You could always organize "pub nights" to allow local jumpers to get together - on mid-week evenings - to brag about what great skydivers they are.

Keep in mind that "pub nights" increase the risk of your local scene becoming a "drinking club with a skydiving problem" ... sort of like the Seagull Skydivers, Toronto Parachute Club, Calgary Parachute Club, etc.
